Please be sure to check out the Paradise Studios Open Jam which brings you some of Long Island's  best musicians every Thursday night at 8 p.m.  Hit THIS LINK to visit the podcast.

LIHSA WinterFest December 6, 2017

Thanks to the Rosalind Joel Conservatory for Music & Theatre Arts at Nassau BOCES LIHSA for dedicating this year's winter show to the people of my grandparent's native Puerto Rico, and to "Hamilton" creator Lin-Manuel Miranda for allowing me and my schoolmates to perform a live cover of his song "Almost Like Praying" (Artists for Puerto Rico) to promote humanitarian aid to my fellow survivors of Hurricane Maria via Hispanic Federation UNIDOS and UNICEF.  I and my mom are direct survivors of Hurricane Maria and it really meant a lot to us that the performing arts school agreed to allow me and my fellow students to use our voices to encourage humanitarian aid to our fellow citizens in Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands.
American Legion Visitation Dinner (Sept. 2017) &

I thank Commander O'Neill for his very kind words and for the Post's support. Thank you so much for your service and for giving me a chance to also be of some service to each of you.

Long Island Pride Stage II Teen Pride June 10, 2017

So incredibly honored to have been able to perform at the Long Island Pride festivities in Long Beach, NY, as per the invitation of the LGBT Network and Howie Appel. It was great to meet, perform on the same stage as, and learn from fellow youth musicians such as Lexy Cassell, Anthony Matthew Carreiro, John Whip, Suburban Zombie, and so many other incredibly talented artists.

I was thrilled in the weeks leading up to this show, to have my cover of Adele's "All I Ask" featured so prominently on the show's promotions and on the AdeleCovers.com fan site.

The teen stage was so awesome that the producers plan to include it every year now! WE ALL ROCK!

Halftime Howie Show/Antibullying May 7, 2017

Many thanks to the crew at Halftime Howie Show for the chance to promote my antibullying efforts in Nassau County. It was awesome performing with Fran Simpson Cozzolinoand meeting local antibullying activists from Island Communities Against Bullying

ICYMI, From April through July 2017 I was, with your help, able to raise $1500 for the Long Island Coalition Against Bullying's efforts to institute antibullying and suicide prevention programs throughout Nassau County. The funds were specifically sent to LICAB in honor of 13-year-old musician Brendan Carr,  a drummer in the Long Beach NY based band Awkward Silence, who took his life tragically in October 2016 due to aggressive bullying and cyberbullying. THAT CAMPAIGN IS NOW COMPLETELY CLOSED OUT. All funds were been issued in full to the Long Island Coalition Against Bullying, currently the ONLY registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit addressing antibullying in Nassau County. Click the above link if you wish to donate to them in general or in Brendan's memory. Donations are tax deductible.

Those who still wish to support the family directly, please click: Brendan McAleese Carr Memorial Fund.
